Nayer Fouad
CEO

Fouad co-founded Infinity in 2014, playing a key role in scaling the company from a small start-up to becoming the largest renewable energy company in Egypt today. As a part of his role at Infinity, he has been responsible for developing meticulously planned renewable energy solutions across scales and technologies. He has also played a pertinent role in the continued success, growth and expansion of Infinity EV, and under his guidance, Infinity EV has built the largest EV charging network in Egypt.

Previously, Fouad co-founded a construction firm, IND, for residential, commercial and development projects in 2009. The firm has now become the construction arm of Infinity, building over 230 MW of solar projects in the Africa’s biggest solar park to date in Benban Aswan, Egypt.

Fouad was born and raised in Paris, France and graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University. He also has a Master’s Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris.


 
Ahmed Mulla
Deputy CEO

Ahmed Mulla has been working in the international renewable energy industry for over fifteen years and is driven by a singular vision of delivering affordable, sustainable, clean power to the masses.

Mulla started his career in Venture Capital before turning to renewables, where he worked as an R&D engineer, an engineering consultant, a strategist, a project manager, a development director exploring new market opportunities in Africa, MENA region, CIS countries and beyond, at big names in the industry including E.on Climate & Renewables, FRV, Scatec Solar, and Masdar.

Mulla has a Masters in Arts, a Masters in Engineering, and a Bachelors (with Honours) in Electrical, Electronic and Information Systems Engineering from the University of Cambridge.


 
Ibrahim Ibrahim
Chief Financial Officer

Ibrahim is a qualified chartered accountant (ICAEW) and MBA graduate with more than 24 years experience working in leading big name companies within the energy industry.

Ibrahim started his career in audit and consulting before turning to the energy industry initial in oil and gas with ExxonMobil as an analyst and over the past 14 years in renewables with Masdar where he had several roles including setting-up and leading the FP&A, Tax and Commercial support units and as the company expanded leading the operational functions in entities in a variety of geographies including Serbia, Jordan and UAE.

Channeling his enthusiasm and passion for creating sustainable development through renewable energy, Ibrahim has been part of several teams that have pioneered large scale utility renewable projects in UAE, the GCC regions and in Europe.


 
Joachim Altpeter
Chief Operating Officer

Joachim Altpeter has over 20 years P&L responsibility and leadership in the renewable energy industry and a deep understanding of global solar energy markets.

He disposes of extensive PV solar and Storage project development and execution experience across Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa and U.S. and a profound technical and financial understanding of the solar industry.

His wide PV solar network comprises of project developers and suppliers as well as EPC and financing institutions alike.

Altpeter is now responsible for managing the overall operations and strategic business development of Infinity Power.

His passion is to make renewable energy projects real.


 
Teymour Abou El Kheir
Chief Investment Officer & Mergers and Acquisitions

With over 27 years of experience in operations, finance, and real estate, Abou ElKheir is responsible for overseeing the supply-chain and operational functions of the company. He was part of the founding team at Infinity Capital Investments as Chief Investment Officer working on capital markets, private equity, real estate investments and has overseen the company’s expansion since inception to its current scale of Holding Company of one of the leading renewable energy companies in the industry.

Abou ElKheir started his career at Citibank in 1994, working in various functions including operations, credit, and custody. He later joined Hermes in 1995 where he worked as retail sales broker until the merger of the company with EFG. Late 1996, he moved to establish InterCapital Securities, which swiftly became the leading brokerage firm in Egypt 1997. During the journey, InterCapital managed to attract shareholder ie: ING Barings, Flemings and CIIC as shareholders in the company. From 1997-2003, Abou Elkheir became Head of Trading. After the acquisition of the company by EFG in 2003, Abou ElKheir then shifted to real estate as a franchisee of Coldwell Banker prior to becoming an integral part of Infinity Group.

Abou ElKheir graduated from Alexandria University with a degree in Finance and Business Administration.
